Incredible Chicken Parmesan with Rotini pasta, Bread sticks and Salad.

Buon Giorno!

Well, since nothing of considerable consideration has happened lately I thought I would put up a few pictures of my dinner recipe I made last night, along with the recipe itself.

So first of all, this is what you'll need:

1 jar (24 oz.) Bertolli Marinara sauce, (Any marinara will do, I used Bertolli in this instance and it turned out very well.)
6 Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), (You can also use breast tenders.)
3/4 lb. or 1 box Barilla Rotini pasta, uncooked
1-1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.
POUR sauce into 13x9-inch baking dish. Stir in 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) Parmesan. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast with sauce. Cover.
BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
TOP chicken with remaining cheeses; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Drain pasta. Serve topped with chicken and sauce.

And that's all you need to do. Simple really. As for the breadsticks, I just got a box of Mamma Bella frozen Garlic bread sticks from the freezer section, (Takes about four minutes to cook) And the salad, got a ready made Dole Italian Salad kit in the produce section, although, I liked the Ceaser kit better.

And there you have it! An easy dinner that will taste like you worked on it all day.

I won't tell if you don't:)

A long time comin'

Hey there bloggeroonies!

Yes, I invented a word for my darling followers.

sorry for not writing lately, just seems like there's never  enough time in the day to get everything done and have time to write about it.

Well, well, what has happened since last I wrote you ask? Life goes on as normal, work, work, more work, an occasional bout of the nasty cold, (Still suffering:( ) and sometimes, play.

Let's talk more about the play, shall we?

Not last weekend, but the weekend before that we went to the Mocombo to a local girls sweet 16 party. Not a lot of people were there when we got there, but it was still fun. Had a few friends over afterward to play some card games, and so went that night.

This last weekend proved to be a much better time. There was a "Coming of Age" party for another local girl at the same place, The Mocombo, and we went to that and I danced ALL NIGHT LONG, (Believe me, I paid for it. My legs were sore for three days afterward.) I was hanging out with my husband, Blanca and Jackie. So much fun.

On Wednesday, James and I went to Phoenix to run some errands and to watch a couple of movies. It was a fun day. We rode the stageline up at six in the morning. We watched The Roommate and Hall Pass. Both were really good. It was weird to see Leighton Meester, (Blair for Gossip Girl) as a psycho roommate, but then again, looking at her character in Gossip girl, it isn't that far of a leap.

And tonight we, James, his mom, and I went to James' brothers house to celebrate his brothers Fiance's Birthday. It was fun, had a BBQ, and had cake and ice cream after Carol blew out her candles.

And of course who could forget the list.

What list, you ask?

Do you really want me to list all the insane and semi-fictitious events that have passed in the last month?

Are you sure?

Well, Okay, I guess if you really want me to...

Here goes.

Over the past month James and I have:

1. Painted a landscape of the Pentagon for the queen of England.

2. Fought off a deadly half tarantula/ half scorpion creature from Algeria.

3. Accidentally helped the polar bears on their way to endangerment, by unwittingly causing an oil rig to explode in the Atlantic,  that was, for some reason, carrying a massive amount of cheap hair spray, thus speeding up global warming.

4. Discovered the true story of Dracula, (He was very misunderstood, to put it mildly. Don't believe what you heard about him.)

5. Kissed a frog that, upon being kissed, turned into the dark sorcerer named  Rasputin. That was a messy situation to get out of. I won't go into detail, but let's just say I won't be able to look at Peanut Butter the same way ever again.

6. Exorcised a Nephilim  from the body of a old tap dancing lady. The lady was being danced to death, we couldn't have that, could we?

7. Fished for Butterflies.

8. Jump roped with little girls in Brooklyn. Big mistake. Turns out they just wanted to get us in a compromising position so they could then bind us with said Jump ropes and proceed to smack us with some fish that looked suspiciously like Tuna, while stealing our wallets.

9. Talked to Betty Crocker.  She is a real person! Who knew?

10. Ganged up with some angry birds to rough up some greedy, egg-stealing pigs.

And many more things that are either too long to list, or not for mortal eyes.

Well until next time,

Ciao!!!

Strawberry Feilds Forever...

HOLA!!!!!

So how's my favorite bloggers doing??? Good I hope.

Well, I am just doing fan-frickin-tastic!!!

This last weekend we went on a family trip, (Me, James, Jr, James's mom, Nadine, Joe, Emma, Carol, and Nathan) to Flagstaff, AZ. We went to see snow etc.

When we got there, not much snow, and even Wing Mountain, (The sledding place) was closed. But that didn't stop us. Or other families as well.

We went driving to the Grand Canyon, and stopped on the side of the road when we saw snow. It was a good sized patch, and had little slopes perfect for sledding too.

So, we stayed there for a bit. Then Joe and I went to the nearest gas station to use the restroom, and while we were there we saw some kids buying sleds, so Joe went to ask the parents where they were sledding at.

They said they found a spot on the side of the road at mile marker 230 that was perfect.

So, we went back to the group and told them, and on the way to mile marker 230, we saw a bunch of other families pulled over at the side of the road playing in the snow in the woods.

So, long story short, we found the perfect spot, had snowball fights, went sledding on scary slopes, fought a giant koala bear who was convinced we were on his property, and then we headed to the Grand Canyon which was, in a word, AMAZING!!!

Although it gave me tremendous vertigo and looked like a painting, or a backdrop.

While we were there, we saw a bunch of deer in the parking lot. Crazy.

We also took the scenic route to, and from, Flagstaff. It was majorly winding, and very green, roads into the mountains.

Jr and Carol stopped on the side of the road in the mountains to let us catch up and we parked and found a BEAUTIFUL stream, and, upon getting closer, a huge bird that looked like some sort of crane took flight out of the stream, which was also pretty cool.

We also went through Sedona, very pretty place. Went to all the little shops, bought some souvenirs etc. And we also went to Montezuma Castle, which is an old castle built into the side of a cliff. That was really pretty and cool too, just to think that there used to be people living up there.

Other than that, the trip was fun! And I got an E-reader (nook) for Valetines Day, and I got James, (yes, I'm done with code names... too much effort) an Ipod nano touch:)

Well, I will get going for now, but I will post another Blog soon with my recipes.

Voulez-Vous

Bonjour!

I have no idea why I feel like speaking French today, but I do... So there!!! Lol, well, where do I start?

Well, since last I wrote, we, (Leroy and I.) have:

Gone to a wedding,

Been to Mill Ave. in Tempe,

Watched movies,

Shopped in preparation for our Flagstaff trip in a week or so,

Talked a person off a ledge,

Saved a child from a burning building,

Rescued a gaggle of geese from a over-polluted pond, who were struck blind and deaf from said polluted pond,

Adopted an obese Chinchilla, named him Cedric,

Swam in the Chattahoochee River,

Base-jumped from a 80 story building,

Went on a hot air balloon expedition to save panda bears in China,

Lulled an ancient demon named Machelzidek to another stint of 1,000 year slumber in the depths of Tartarus in the underworld,

Swam in a swimming pool filled with caramel and baby ducks,

Lit candles for the mutant orphans of Paris in the catacombs,

Went on Fear Factor, won.

Sang the "Let's count the spots on a baby giraffe" song, to the delight of many handicapped Chimpanzees,

Hula Hooped with Betty White at her house in the Cayman Islands,

Successfully de-tangled a 1972 Barbies hair,

Interviewed a vampire,

Taught a mouse to play Beethoven's "Ode to Joy" on a full size flute,

Played patty cake with a TMNT, (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle... yes, they are still around. Just have to know where to look.)

Drank a whole oil drum filled with something called "Rompope",

Helped a lady in a taxi birth a child, (She named the baby after me),

Performed successful laser eye surgery  on the a fore mentioned blind geese, gave the president of the United States the bill,

Met Abba, My life is now complete:)

Negotiated world peace with the world leaders in an Ihop,

Ate pancakes at Ihop,

Purchased a flame thrower, potato cannon, and grenade launcher,

Competed against the man from Man vs. Food, and won.

Have successfully made you read all my outlandish and somewhat fictionalized accomplishments,:)

Just a forewarning, I am thinking about taking my blog in a different direction, including facts, and fiction, seamlessly, and not-so-seamlessly woven together:)

Until next time,

Circles in the sand...

Well hello there bloggers!

Very sorry to have kept my non-existent readers waiting for my latest blog! Lol. Well, hmmmmmmmmm, not much has happened since my last blog. *Sigh* yes, I know my life is a bit of a bore, that's what you get for living in a small town. Well, today i worked, and went walking, I am saving up for my friends Clarissa's wedding in Phoenix next Friday and also for a trip to Flagstaff next month, (Yay!) Oh! Now I remember, we went to the Mocombo this last weekend, (A very huge ballroom usually reserved for parties or weddings, or in this case, a Quincenera, a girls coming of age party at age 15) It was pretty fun, had a blast dancing all night:) So right now I'm watching Bicentennial man, so sad:*( Anyway, I'm babbling. I guess I should start blogging more often so I can be more thorough. Oh well, lesson learned. Oh! I started a profile on fiverr.com heehee  my name is Terpsichore (After the Goddess of song) I thought it appropriate, because the service I am offering is to send a Happy Birthday singing video to anyone who pays me $5:) We'll see how that goes.

Ok, well I've ran out of things to say, so, GOODNIGHT!!!

Someone's in the kitchen with Jacuzzi..... And that someone's me!!!

Jacuzzi and Antoine, (Lol winging it with his name)

My painting of Hecate, Greek Goddess and Hell Hounds
Well Hello Mizz Lady!!!

Lol, Sorry, had to put a quote from my favorite movie there. So, it's been a few days since I did a blog, so here goes.
Let's see, um, on Jacuzzis' last day here, we went to lunchat the Ranch House, then got ice cream at the Oasis Deli, (forgot to take a picture, oh well.) Then we went to Radio Shack and hung out with Antoine, (See above picture) for a while, 'twas fun. Lol. Then we went to Jacuzzis' house to make her dad some awesome macaroni salad, (Again, see above picture) I interviewed Jacuzzi as she cooked, lol. Still need to type it up and give it to her for her blog... After that, Leroy picked us up and we went cruising in the desert and showed Jacuzzi a really cool old mine shaft, (Pictured above) and cruised around a bit more then went home.
Jacuzzi came over later and her, Leroy, and I hung out for a while and had fun:) So after that day not much happened, except for work, talking to friends, making up with friends, and buying two red eared slider turtles, a boy and a girl, from some guy on the side of the road. Will post pics later. Their names are Baxter, (Leroys') and Juniper, (Mine:) ) they are cute as can be! And now I am hoping to spend a night hanging with my two best buds, Jacuzzi and Tamika! Hopefully:)

Well, until next time, I must bid you adieu .

A fun day,

Okay, first off, you might have noticed that I changed my blog name, I needed to change the URL so... yeah, I did. And thanks to a suggestion from a friend, (You know who you are) I am trying to be more in depth, tell me if it's working;) <<Winky face haha Jacuzzi. So today started off good, well, I should say it started last night when my best friend Jacuzzi and I went to the basketball game and had a good time goofing around, our friend Shocantell was there also, (her son was in the game, his first varsity game) we ate pickles and popcorn and nachos! It was fabulous. Lol, at one point the ball came flying, in what seemed like slow motion, towards Jacuzzi and she semi-yelled and put out her hand, thus effectively deflecting the ball back onto the court, haha. Good times. When that was over, we went to the car only to go back to hang outside the doors of the gym for nostalgic reasons, only to stay for maybe 2 minutes total, then went back to the car and went to her house to get her bedding/other necessary bed-time like items lol, and we spent about 30 minutes talking to her dad, who is very cool BTW. Anyway, after that we went back to my house where my husband was playing video games, and hung out with him playing cards until he went to sleep, (He had to work early) then we played an impromptu game of hide-and-seek, which, might I add, was AWESOME!!! Lol. After that, we went to bed. I woke up early this morning probably about 6:30 and saw my hubby off, then knocked on Jacuzzi's door and told her she could come sleep in the bed so she wouldn't have to on the floor, lol. So she did, and we talked for a bit then went to sleep. We tried, vainly of course, to get up at 8:30 to go to Napa so she could drop off some papers, that didn't happen. So I finally woke up around 9:30 or so and quietly left the room, haha I didn't want to wake Jacuzzi, and went on the computer for a bit and did other necessary typical girl morning rituals, then I figured I'd better go ask Jacuzzi if she needed to be at Napa at a certain time as it was almost 12:00. She said she could go anytime, so she stayed up, hung with me in the living room while I applied my make-up and she went on FB. Finally, we left to go to her house so she could change and drop off her stuff, then we went to Napa, dropped off the papers, and, on the way out, saw some old pictures on the bulletin board that occupied a good five or ten minutes of our time lol, then we left to go to our usual place. The Oasis Deli downtown in the plaza, (I have to remember to take a picture of it next time) we got some sandwiches and ice cream and afterward brought Leroy (My Hubby's nickname) some ice cream at work, then she dropped me off at home and went home to her house. I finished my painting as you can see from the picture, and recorded the video you see, which, BTW, I hope you like. We were thinking about going cruising in the desert, but it didn't happen, and other than that, nada! lol, so I shall sign off now!

Lots of love...

Starting a painting.

Okay, so I'm starting a painting as you can see from my peek-chur!!! Lol, well, that is if I can figure out how to post a picture lol. I'm not going to say what it is yet... you'll just have to wait and see when my mediocre representation is finished, haha. BUT,  I shall give you a hint. HP object. That's it. So feel free to guess your little hearts away in the comment field below my lovely little non-existent readers!!!

I'll be back.....

A Day In The Life...

Hello Everyone!

Okay, Not a lot of people will read this I'm sure, since there's not a whole lot "Exciting" About Ajo, Az. It's a small copper mining town (Even though they stopped mining like a million years ago, and I don't know why I'm describing it, since most of the non-existent readers will be from Ajo, But, oh well) not much to do other than Bowling or bars, or in the summer, swimming. Anyway, getting off topic here, So I will be starting this blog and telling you when something exciting, or worth talking about happens. Or, occasionally put a painting or a video of me doing what I love to do, singing, up. So I hope you follow me as a small town girl tries, hopefully not in vain, to live up to her dreams. enjoy!!!
